Bring a water bottle and wear regular sports clothes, but try to avoid zippers. We train barefoot, in socks or wearing wrestling shoes(if you have them)
Please make sure nails are cut and filed, hair is tied up and any jewellery and piercings are taken out. Please be considerate of your training partners by making sure you arrive clean without soiled clothes
No previous experience needed
Competing, as well as sparring, is completely optional and not required to partake in training sessions
Of course, feel free to help yourself to tea and coffee whilst your child enjoys their session
